• AM: Cleanse → Vitamin C antioxidant serum → H.A. Intensifier Multi-Glycan (4–5 drops over face, including lines of expression) → Moisturiser → Broad-spectrum SPF 50+.
• PM: Cleanse → H.A. Intensifier Multi-Glycan (4–5 drops) → Retinoid or targeted treatment (if tolerated) → Moisturiser.
  Derm tip: Apply to slightly damp skin, then seal with moisturiser. If using a stronger exfoliant or prescription retinoid, introduce on alternate nights to minimise irritation.
